By BrandsShouts Well, when it comes to CEAT ambassadors, there are quite a few names that come to mind from the cricket scene, and that’s because Rohit Sharma, Shafali Verma, Shubman Gill, Shreyas Iyer, Harmanpreet Kaur, and Matthew Hayden are among the top faces who represent this brand in India and on the global stage. Let’s have a closer look at it all.
Current CEAT Ambassadors (By Category)
Rohit Sharma is the major face of CEAT in cricket and is maintained as such. He has been linked with the brand for a long time and is still the lead actor in most of their campaigns. Last year, CEAT decided to sign up Shafali Verma to attract the female cricket audience, which has been growing rapidly.
Matthew Hayden, ex-Australian cricketer and one of the lights of the cricketing world, is also not a new name to us. He presently conducts CEAT’s “Timeout” talk series and is associated with the company as a brand ambassador.
Beyond cricket, CEAT ventured into motorsport with the entry of Geoffrey Emmanuel in 2024 to represent their high-performance two-wheeler tyre segment.
To be specific, in 2022, CEAT made a special announcement that they have chosen Salman Khan as their brand ambassador for the ISRL event in 2025. But this is just for the ISRL league specifically and not for the whole CEAT brand.
Former or One-Time CEAT Ambassadors
Previously, CEAT has collaborated with a few big names to create some exclusive campaigns.
From 2020 to 2022, Aamir Khan was linked with CEAT, and the partnership was primarily for the road safety campaign energies that were broadcast during cricket seasons.
In 2021, Rana Daggubati endorsed CEAT’s “Puncture Safe” bike tyre in a series of commercials.
His work with the brand was only for a limited period, whereas Rohit Sharma has been with CEAT for a long time.
Key Changes in 2024-2025
Cricketer Shubman Gill, at the beginning of 2025, decided to go from CEAT to MRF for bat sponsorship. Though there might be some pictures that depict the sticker of CEAT on his bat, he is not performing any duties with CEAT. The alteration of the use of the bat is only related to the branding of the bat; nevertheless, people often get confused, thinking that it is a brand ambassador change.
Everything else remains unchanged:
- Rohit Sharma continues.
- Shafali Verma and Matthew Hayden joined in 2023.
- Geoffrey Emmanuel came on board in 2024.
